Administration Manager Volunteer

Purpose of the role

To liaise with Sponsors, deal with enquiries both via email on the telephone, to help with general organisation and admin tasks to support the overall smooth running of the organisation.

 

What you will be doing

  • We are looking for a volunteer to provide admin support and assisting with tasks below:
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
  • Arranging accommodation for survivors
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
